Your Pets & the Coronavirus Outbreak- Update 6/1/20

Dear Wil-O-Paw Family and Friends,
 
We hope you are all safe and well. We have missed our interaction with you as clients but have loved seeing your pets in our building the last few months.  Effective 5/29, we are now allowed to perform all services that were previously considered "non-essential" (spays/neuters, nail trims and grooming). For the safety and well being of you and our staff we are still going to continue to operate "curbside" .
  1.  When calling to refill a prescription or pick up  food, we will take payment immediately. Your  script or food will then be in a labeled bag and  we will run it out to your car when you arrive  for  pick-up.
  2. ?When you arrive  for an appointment, please call us and let the receptionists know you are here. We will communicate with you either curbside or by phone and a technician or  groomer will be out to bring your pet into the building for their examination or groom.?   
  3.  Our employees will continue to use face masks and we ask that clients do also.
  4. If you are not feeling well, please call to reschedule your appointment.
  5. If a situation occurs where you must come in the building (ex. euthanasia), we require you to have a mask on and maintain a 6 feet distance from our employees at all times.       
  6. We will continue to utilize best cleaning and disinfecting practices of all high-touch surfaces and rooms.                                                                                                                                              Please be patient with us as we adjust to these new guidelines. ? Thank you all for your kindness and support.   Our doctors and staff are here to ensure that your pets are healthy and happy.
